Who we are
Galileo Green Energy is a pan-European, multi-technology, renewable energy developer, owner and operator. We aim to integrate competitive green energy and storage projects with suitable energy supply solutions for end consumers and the wholesale market.
What we do
At Galileo Green Energy, we aim to develop renewable energy projects of the highest quality. We are convinced that only such projects can achieve the levels of competitiveness required to make them successful. To this aim, we use different approaches: own greenfield development, co-development with top quality partners and selective M&A of pipelines and projects.
Demand for renewable energy is growing and will be the most important success factor in the development of competitive renewable energy solutions at the global level. We focus on creating renewable energy solutions which are tailor made for clients desiring to procure their energy from renewable sources at a European level. Our flexibility allows us to meet the clients’ needs and therefore achieve their own energy procurement transitions.
In some markets, renewables are left to compete with other sources of energy without any form of subsidy or government-run auctions. We welcome this as a positive sign of the competitiveness of renewables and we are convinced that innovative financing solutions can be the key to success for many projects. We look forward to working with financial partners to implement them together.
The continuous technological improvements, the lessons learnt over the last decade and the constant strive for competitiveness are a clear call for very efficient and precise engineering, procurement and construction strategies. We are keen to establish long-term partnerships with high-standing firms to ensure these strategies are rolled out on our pipeline of projects.
The experience of our team is as much in the management and optimization of operating projects as it is in project development. We know that highest-quality development and top-notch operations are reciprocally beneficial to each other. We are eager to engage with partners on all fronts of the operational life of our plants to continue establishing this virtuous circle.
